Plaster music

Experiment

Experiment on the potential of mixing concrete (here plaster as subtitute) and iron powder to achieve conductivity through a non-conductive material. The iron powder allowed us to form a circuit through the plaster and this way enabling the passage of electricity through it from a chosen point to another. This was fabricated with the help of magnets pulling the iron powder in the plaster.
We used this device to make music, opening our imagination to the responsive walls and surfaces that could surround us. How about making music by dancing close to your livingroom wall?
